Which rate is right for me?
Studios are available at an hourly rate, or at a daily rate that is automatically applied once your booking reaches the qualifying number of hours.
Looking for your own teaching studio? Dedicated monthly studios available from $700 per month. Leave your equipment set up, store materials onsite, and enjoy 24/7 access. Contact us to learn more!
Private Studios
We have a total of 8 private teaching rooms equipped with an electric piano, music stand, pencils, pens, and anything you may need to teach piano, voice, or any instrument. Your students will enjoy a clean, beautiful and professional atmosphere with a free coffee/tea & water station and two beautiful waiting rooms. You as a teacher will also have the use of our teacher lounge where you can enjoy free coffee or tea, a microwave and fridge, and a photocopier, as well as other office tools. All of this is included in the rental fee. Can comfortably fit 1-3 people.

Medium-Sized Studios
Our medium-sized studios are ideal for small classes and rehearsals, for use by an individual for self-tapes or rehearsal, and private lessons – rates vary based on intended use. Day rates are automatically applied once your booking reaches the qualifying number of hours.
Which rate is right for me?
Studio 1 -
Multipurpose/Dance Room
- Rates: $20-28 per hour | $120-168 per day
Can comfortably fit 1-15 people. Includes dance flooring, mirrors, a moveable barre, and speakers, with a piano and music stand available upon request. This studio also includes a private restroom.
Studio 9 -
Multipurpose Room
- Rates: $20-28 per hour | $120-168 per day
Can comfortably fit 1-10 people, and up to 15 as needed. Includes a piano and music stand.
Large Dance Studio
