Katelyn Marie Coryell

Katelyn Coryell is a Lancaster-based educator, creator, and theatre-maker. After receiving her BFA in Musical Theater from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, she has been teaching, directing, choreographing, and performing in the greater Lancaster area for six years. She has been a member of the Creative Pursuits Community since 2020, teaching ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater dance, modern, contemporary, technique, and strength and conditioning, as well as offering audition feedback and acting feedback to her students. Katelyn is the director of the theater department at Lancaster Mennonite School and the Executive Director of Creative Pursuits Academy. She’s a faculty member at Silver Spring Dance Conservatory where she teaches ballet and contemporary dance. She has choreographed solos for students who have gone on to compete and place in YAGP and Jewels performance competitions. Katelyn’s pedagogy is holistic; regularly working with students of all ages, she believes in nurturing every aspect of each performer and creating a safe space for art to be made, exploration to occur, and both personal and technical growth to be fostered. Most recently Katelyn was seen performing in the 2024 Trust Dance Festival with Silver Spring Dance. Alli McClune is an educator, choreographer, and performer based in the Lancaster area. She graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a BFA in Musical Theatre and has since gone on to perform at theatres such as The Fulton, The Dutch Apple, and Servant Stage, as well as several short films. On top of performing, Alli has been a dance teacher at several local studios, and is currently a private dance instructor at Creative Pursuits Academy and a dance professor at Lancaster Bible College where she teaches and choreographs Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/Lyrical, and Theatre. Alli regularly works with all ages, beginner through advanced, and likes to focus on combining personal expression with technique to make dance classes fun for everyone while also creating a solid foundation! When not dancing, Alli can be found figure skating at a local rink, playing video games, and working in Instructional Technology.
Becca Goebel
DANCE TEACHER

Becca Goebel is a graduate of Temple University where she received her B.A. in Musical Theater. She is a local performer, director, choreographer, and fitness instructor. She has performed with Emmy Award winning RWS Entertainment Group, and her choreography for the Temple University Marching Band has been viewed on national television. She is a certified Yoga and Zumba Instructor with extensive anatomy training. This provides her the knowledge to make sure her students are getting efficient class content to prevent injury and build strength, endurance, and flexibility. She has trained in multiple styles of tap and jazz, making her teachings versatile and evolving with the business. She has experience teaching people of all ages, and experience working with children on the spectrum.

CODY SMITH is a performer, director and choreographer hailing from Lancaster,PA. He was the director of the Hempfield High School Theatre and Dance programs for many years. He has also directed and choreographed numerous shows for EPAC, the Fulton Theatre TYA series and main stage, and Gretna Theater. As a performer, he was in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York for 19 years. He has toured with the Christmas Spectacular and with Beauty and the Beast. He has also performed regionally in Chicago and in many productions at the Fulton Theatre in Lancaster including: Brigadoon, Hello Dolly!, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, A Chorus Line, Joseph, Newsies, 9 to 5, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Cody is a member of Actors’ Equity and the American Guild of Variety Artists.
