Because we are open on an as-needed basis, we do not have set hours. Teachers and other renters are given a code that they can use to unlock the doors if they are the first person there, and are responsible for locking the doors if they are the last one out.

No! We are happy to offer space to any creatives in the Lancaster area for any use you have in mind. Some examples include individual dance practice, audition self-taping, rehearsals for music ensembles or theatre productions, auditions for theatre, group classes for any genre, etc.

If you simply want a space to hold private lessons, then you are welcome to reserve space on our Member Portal as needed.

If you are interested in being listed on our website and receiving referrals, please send us a message with what subject(s) you would be interested in being listed under and a brief description of your background and experience to get the conversation started.

If you are interested in teaching group classes or being production staff for the performance opportunities offered through Creative Pursuits Academy, please contact the Academy to get started.

Great question, and one we get a lot! 

Creative Pursuits Studio is the studio space responsible for managing rentals and coordinating with the private teachers we host. We are the home for Creative Pursuits Academy.

Creative Pursuits Academy is a nonprofit education-focused theatre company whose mission is to provide classes and performance opportunities to students of any and all backgrounds in the Lancaster area. Check out the Academy on their website to see what they are currently offering!

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to offer gift certificates for space rental or private lessons, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
