DeJuan Rosado, also known as Spoken Musik, is a talented drummer, hip hop performing artist, music producer, music director, teaching artist, and devoted father. His musical journey began at the age of 5 in church, and he has built a reputation for his dynamic drumming style and deep-rooted passion for music. DeJuan attended Full Sail University, where he studied Music Production, and has played for numerous churches, choirs, and artists across Central PA. His notable collaborations include playing for Kirk Franklin, Kierra “Kiki” Sheard-Kelly, and D. Woods of Danity Kane.

In 2020, he co-founded T.H.E.M. the Collective, a group that supports musical collaboration and performance across different genres, emphasizing the healing power of music. Since 2022, DeJuan has been playing a couple of shows a year in New York, with one of the main venues being Manhattan’s 54 Below. He had the opportunity to play for D. Woods of Danity Kane in both 2023 and 2024. Throughout his career, he has showcased his drumming talents with various groups, including Voices of Freedom, formerly known as the J.P. McCaskey High School Gospel Choir, and the Millersville University Gospel Choir. His influence extends beyond local performances, as he has opened for renowned artists like Vickie Winans and Le’Andria Johnson.

As the former Program Director at the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster, DeJuan taught a 6-week summer music camp that included songwriting, music production, drumming, and more.

He also led an after-school program focused on music, nurturing young talents and fostering their creativity. Additionally, he taught music as a teaching artist at The Mix in Lancaster, PA, where he inspired young musicians to explore their artistic potential.

With over 25 years of experience, DeJuan Rosado continues to inspire and uplift through his music, embodying a message of perseverance, faith, and gratitude.
